A typical day on the job: Sorting
and distributing mail, checking calendars for meetings, typing letters and
correspondence, filing,
lunch and dinner reservations. I also prepare itineraries for visitors and
arrange for travel for most of the department. Keep track of and pay
invoices.

Primary responsibilities as an administrative
professional in this position: Support Supervisors and staff,
taking care of mail and correspondence, checking and updating calendars,
preparing travel itineraries and expense reports, ordering and serving
lunches, setting up conferences and meetings and preparing and paying
invoices. I am also responsible for a monthly travel summary and report.
