Special training or attributes needed or helpful to get job in this industry (or specific department):  I had a background in working with contracts in a different industry. I also had over 10 years of administrative assistant/executive assistant experience.

 

Number of managers and/or staff supported:  Two attorneys

 

Typical work hours:  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

Weekends or overtime hours:  I work occasional overtime (maybe twice a year) and I do get paid for it.

1. Assist two attorneys with various day-to-day tasks.

2. Redline contracts.
3. Maintain case management system.
4. Process bankruptcy claims
