basic terms between Landlord and prospective tenants who may be willing to enter into lease negotiations.

A typical day on the job:  Open office , make coffee, check stock room for supply needs and order supplies as needed, maintain acquisitions team meeting notes, answer emails from corporate office, answer main phone line, send any packages via
prescribed shipping carriers, create databases and maintain records, closing of office .

2. Provide assistance and support to the acquisitions team in research of new targets for site developments.

5. Coordinate administrative matters with corporate office for hiring of any new members.
