A typical day on the job:  Some days are very hectic. I can receive projects from up to 7 managers as well as help out other admins or the front desk.

Negative things about being an administrative professional in this industry:  The fast paced movement of information. Things are done quickly to get to the Officers for Board Meetings etc.

Primary responsibilities as an administrative professional in this position:  Mass Mailings to over 2,000 clients, Maintain the database of client information, and responding to critical last minute meeting needs

Office machines or equipment operated regularly:  You name them I handle them. Copiers, Faxes, Scanners, Telephones, Dictaphones, just to name a few

Critical soft skills:  Good Communication – because of the nature of the business I need to be able to communicate with internal people as well as outside clients.
