Intensive testing must be taken and passed in order to get hired by the company. This testing has changed since I started, but I took tests on math, spelling, grammar, typing, reasoning and problem solving.

Typical work hours:  7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

 

Weekends or overtime hours:  I rarely work overtime but do get paid when I do.

A typical day on the job:  The first thing I do everyday is check my e-mail. I monitor my e-mail all day. I check my manager’s calendar. I add/change/delete/move calendar entries all day. I arrange meetings for my manager. I attend meetings. I occasionally type a document in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
