A typical day on the job:  Process incoming mail (snail mail and email); fill in and distribute reports; process billing for the day; intermittent customer service (lunch eaten on the run); spend the afternoon finishing up morning tasks, if necessary, then spend the rest of the day working in my archives

Negative things about being an administrative professional in this industry:  Customer complaints, equipment breakdowns, bad news can be depressing
