Primary responsibilities as an administrative professional in this position: 

1. Provide executive administrative support for the president including: maintaining calendar, assisting in all communication and scheduling conference calls, meetings and video conferences with team, vendors and agencies, and support of Management Team Meeting.


2. Serve as the centralized contact point for the office/team by receiving and forwarding messages and arranging appointments


3. Maintain the corporate calendar


4. Organize meetings for associate of presentations for:
Team Meetings
Board meetings
Quarterly Global Team meeting
Sub-team meeting.


5. Provide Personnel administrative services including offer letters, organizational charts, associate announcements. Manage P & O system, interacting with Central Services. Coordinate annual wage surveys.

Critical soft skills:  People skills & good communication. Why? I talk to the public and I need be able to explain to them what we are about and transfer them to the appropriate person to talk to. Also, good communication skills are needed within our management group. The president of our company requires the team to be in meetings, which involves different time zones. I need to make sure I relate this to the team.
