A typical day on the job:  I start off my day checking emails, move on to calendar maintenance for both, set up meetings, pick up phone calls, greet patients, take patient complaints, payroll, etc.

Sometimes, he is running to another meeting and doesn’t have time to fully explain what he is wanting and therefore you learn as you go.
