A typical day on the job:  There is no typical day. My day is determined by what needs to happen soon. I may spend time entering data in one of my databases, ordering educational supplies, submitting invoices for payment, making copies or a myriad of other things that need immediate attention.

Primary responsibilities as an administrative professional in this position:  Ordering educational and office supplies, working with facilitators and coordinators to meet program needs, maintaining seven databases, making sure invoices are submitted for payment.
