Negative things about being an administrative professional in this industry:  Sometimes it seems like the whole day is interruption after interruption after interruption and I can’t get my own work done, but that is the job of an administrative professional – helping others get their work done.

Primary responsibilities as an administrative professional in this position:  I am responsible for a lot of financial reporting and analysis. I update a database about projects and scheduling projects on a weekly basis. I combine various reports. I do the normal admin stuff – scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, doing expense reports, etc.
