A typical day on the job:  Troubleshooting for clients and staff; being resourceful to answer staff questions; answering phones; opening and distributing mail/faxes, scheduling director's calendar, making meeting/event/or travel arrangements, meetings, meeting minutes, arranging Board meetings, etc.
